Brash Higgins Summer Mix Six

spring24

Winery direct purchase only. Six wines selected by BH to keep all your Summer drinking needs at your finger tips. We have an array of lighter gear for him/her/them or all of us to sample, and a new vintage of FRNC!
The guest wine for this six pack is a delicious Pinot Blanc from Foreign Friends wines from Beechworth, Victoria. Three women winemakers, and yep, friends, Leila and Crystal Davis along with their French mate, Juliette. Getting their mojo on with this exciting new project. Here Pinot Blanc, an excellent white wine grape, gets the royal FF treatment. Review from wine writer, Mike Bennie:

“I love this slip and slide, the gloss of texture, an inherent lime-tonic water thing going on with Real Lemonade, faint ginger notes, distinct lime and hazy apple juice. In this, a faint natural yoghurt character lending piquancy and lactic tang, pretty in that way. Overall, a medium weight and super attractive white wine with depth and charisma on hand.” 93 pts, Wine Front, RRP $33

Also in tow:
2024 NYMPH rosé- a dry, elegant rendition this year. Mataro and Carignan pressed off quickly for crisp, blood orange refreshment.

2024 RIPPLE, this year we made our carbonic friend with Nero and Shiraz, two grapes which truly compliment each other’s work and grow side by side on our Organic Omensetter Vnyd. Same light vibes, great for a chill in the Summer heat. Berries abound.

2021 MCC-Mataro Cinsault Carignan. A co-ferment of these three, med bodied, good acidity, clove, pepper and spice, ideal for a Sunday long lunch lamb shoulder. Chill it.

2023 FRNC Cabernet Franc-perfumed to the hilt, all the smells of a Mexcian bodega, med bodied, pretty style, great for Mexican lunches. Handles cooler temps.

2022 CINS Cinsault-move over Gamay and Grenache, this is nibs. Med bodied style, bit of punch the 22. Always on the cool side.

$200 for the six; includes FREE freight.
